  • Architect & Computational Designer

    Thiers is a Brazilian architect and computational designer based in Rio de Janeiro, currently pursuing a Master’s in Urbanism at UFRJ. His research focuses on parametric design and 3D-printed ceramic components that merge digital fabrication and environmental performance.

    He has worked with offices in California, New York, and Rio de Janeiro, including ProjectA, Hollwich Kushner, and Dietmar Starke at Rio-Urbe.

    As co-founder of BRS Draft, Thiers leads BIM coordination and envelope documentation for U.S. firms such as McGinnis Chen Associates.

    Combining craft and computation, his work bridges design, research, and fabrication through data-driven and material-based workflows.

Mexico - Mexico City

  • A native of Mexico, Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from ISAD (Chihuahua, MX) and possesses full credentials from his home country. He is currently in the final stages of completing a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Architectural Design, also at ISAD.

    Alan has exceptional technical and design knowledge and extensive experience with SCAN-TO-BIM Work flows.

Syria - Damascus

  • MHD Chamieh is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in construction, rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects, ranging from small-scale operations to multi-million dollar ventures. He possesses a robust skill set in managing logistical and financial aspects, site supervision, and labor force management, while maintaining strong coordination with stakeholders, government authorities, and international contractors. Beyond his leadership in project execution and cost estimation, he is an experienced instructor in finishing works and quantity surveying, demonstrating a blend of technical precision, creative visualization, and effective administrative capability.

With Excellent Revit Skills and passion about integrating diverse cultural insights and human-centric design into architectural spaces. Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Computational Designer

    Pitanga is a Brazilian architect and computational designer based in Rio de Janeiro, with over a decade of experience in the AEC industry and research. Her trajectory spans from drafting and HBIM to 3D modeling, parametric design, and coding. She has collaborated with international teams such as Rice University and the Getty Foundation. At the intersection of architecture and technology, she translates architectural rules into computational solutions and develops automation tools that accelerate and enhance design workflows.

  • Kai Alcharabi founded Plan Reason to bridge the gap between architectural design and technology within the AEC industry.

    He draws on years of technical and design expertise from award-winning firms in Rotterdam and San Francisco, specializing in BIM coordination and building envelope systems across residential and commercial projects. Born in Damascus, Kai brings a multicultural and detail-oriented approach to architecture. He is also an instructor at the Academy of Art University and is currently pursuing his architectural license.
