Kai Alcharabi founded Plan Reason to bridge the gap between architectural design and technology within the AEC industry.

He draws on years of technical and design expertise from award-winning firms in Rotterdam and San Francisco, specializing in BIM coordination and building envelope systems across residential and commercial projects. Born in Damascus, Kai brings a multicultural and detail-oriented approach to architecture. He is also an instructor at the Academy of Art University and is currently pursuing his architectural license.
